When you commission me

You must show me a reference photo and brief description of what you want me to draw preferably in my dms. If you do not contact me about what you want me to draw within 24 hours then I will cancel your commission and reopen the slot you took (I will notify you about this concern). I may also ask questions of the character(s) in spots that may be confusing for me. I also have the right to refuse a commission!! I will be giving examples either through past commissions or sketches that I’ve made. Please make sure to dm me if you feel comfortable enough with me using your commission as an example!

Completion/ changes

I hope everyone can be patient with me when they commission me. Depending on how busy I will be it might take a while for your commission to be finished unless I’ve given you a specific TAT. If I come across an issue that will make me unable to complete your commission then you will be notified and given a refund as soon as possible. Once I send you the watermarked version then please try to contact me quickly. I will wait 24 hours before giving you a small reminder that I’ve finished your commission again. If it takes you over 3 day’s to contact/pay me about your finished commission then I will place you on my blacklist, and it will be less likely for you to commission me again. You can tell me if you find something you aren’t satisfied with in the drawing and I will change it, I will only be making changes twice. The Changes can only be related towards the original drawing, changing the pose or something drastic cannot be made. This rule only applies towards my commissions, not my adopts since I will not be changing anything about the character I created.

Art trades

Whenever I chose to join or be apart of an art trade I prefer if both parties send their drawings at the same time! If I send my side of the trade and you take longer than 2 weeks to answer I will be putting you in my blacklist. I like to check up on the other sides progress, if you send a sketch I will do the same. When doing an art trade I make my coloring and size the same as the other parties, examples: we both do a half colored full body, or fully colored headshot.

Adopts

I will send you the adopt(s) when you pay, all of my adopts will have a toyhouse unless the buyer doesn’t have one. If you choose to redesign the adopt then please do not make the adopt unrecognizable and make sure to still/always credit me. If you want to resell/trade the adopt then please wait within the first 2 weeks. If you are reselling the adopt then make sure to not go over/under the original price unless you’ve gotten extra art of the character. I do not accept refunds on any adopts. Once you send the payment then you agree to comply with my Terms of Service.

Payment/credit

Once I send you the watermarked sketch, you must send me the full payment upfront. I can send the finished commission/adopt through Email, Instagram, Toyhouse, and Discord. You can not claim my artwork as your own and you can’t remove the signature. You can tell me if the drawing will be for personal use but it will not give you the right to get rid of the signature. Lastly, if you decide to post my artwork make sure to tag me or give me credit. I hope you have an amazing day, afternoon, or night! Please stay safe and healthy (✿◠‿◠)
